Name
Unlocking Fraud Intelligence Sharing: Mapping the US Legal & Regulatory Landscape [Invite-Only Roundtable]
Description
A new ACAMS/GASA publication maps the US statutory framework for cross-sector fraud intelligence sharing – and finds that, within a dizzying landscape of intersecting frameworks, existing permissions appear to be broader than most institutions' policies reflect. This invite-only breakfast roundtable invites legal experts and compliance leaders to engage with the paper's findings, pressure-test its conclusions, and contribute to the policy and industry recommendations that will shape the next phase of this work.
This session is conducted under Chatham House rules. Attendance is by invitation only.
